They need a clear, honest read on what they are holding, from someone who has sat on the other side of a condo board. That is the whole idea: help you understand your situation, so the decision to pay, respond, or escalate stays yours.
What we do
We help you make sense of condo notices, fees, chargebacks, assessments, and board decisions. Sometimes that is the decoder's fast, free explanation. Sometimes it is a personal written review of your specific document. Either way, the goal is understanding, not a sales pitch.
